Health NetworkWed, 03/04/2009 — Admin GuyClinicians serving mobile populations face unique challenges for care delivery and follow–up. Some of the challenges are high rates of ”no–shows“ and lost to follow–up and limited availability of a complete medical history. Many clinics offer outreach services and mobile clinics to be able to serve their population of focus. Nevertheless clinics are still unable to provide patients with appropriate follow–up, and lose track of them as soon as they move to a new location, especially if there is no Community Health Center in the new area.
