Reports should be made by telephone during regular business hours. After hours, if a health care provider considers the situation to represent a public health emergency, the report should be made by calling 1-800-478-0084

Coverage for Farm Workers: Required (with limitations)
Limitations: Workers hired for the harvest, or who are "part-time or transient help" are not covered.
Statute: Alaska Stat. § 23.30.230(a)(3) (2009)
Coverage for Undocumented Workers: Not Defined in Statue or Case Law
Case Law: Alaska Stat. § 23.30.215(d) (2009) provides that aliens who are not residents of the US or Canada are entitled to the same amount as residents, although there are restrictions on nonresident beneficiaries. There is no case law on the question of whether workers' compensation applies to undocumented workers.
