Clinical guidelines and exposure assessment form to address acute pesticide exposure in primary care settings.  Developed with input from MCN’s Environmental and Occupational Advisory Committee and adapted from guidelines developed by Dr. Dennis H. Penzell, former medical director of a Community and Migrant Health Center that dealt with a large pesticide poisoning incident.
