Battling Heat Stress in Agriculture--Hundreds of thousands of agricultural workers perform strenuous tasks in hot weather, and they are at risk of injury from heat stress. This UC Berkeley website is designed to support research and extension work as well as management policies and individual worker choices that will ultimately reduce personal and associated costs in agriculture due to heat stress.
