Jennifer Sanne earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Instructional Design. As an undergraduate, Jennifer augmented her studies with specific expertise in the area of media for instruction and training and performance improvement. Through her coursework, she learned how to perform key instructional product development tasks such as assessing instructional needs of the learner, defining the end objectives of instruction, and developing and evaluating final instructional products. She served as the vice president for the Instructional Design and Technology Society at California State University, Chico and co-presented at the Instructional Society of Performance Improvement Conference in 2010. Her passion is in designing effective visual material. For the past 3 years she has been involved in the creation and display of courtroom presentations. Over the years Jennifer has volunteered for a few organizations around Los Angeles providing after-school tutoring support and organizing art workshops for disadvantaged and abused children. Jennifer joined Migrant Clinicians Network in September 2011 and works collaboratively with the Director of Education and Professional Development in the production, design and evaluation of MCN curricula including online training courses, in-person training modules, and webinars. Outside of work, her interests include ballroom dancing, cooking, camping, and environmental sustainability.
