Director of Training and Technical Assistance 

A cornerstone of MCN’s offerings to clinicians is our highly rated and effective education initiatives, offered virtually and in-person throughout the year, in English and Spanish, to thousands of clinicians in the United States and worldwide. This Director position provides oversight of MCN’s bilingual continuing educational content for clinicians and community health workers and MCN’s training and technical assistance initiatives provided to community health centers, health departments, community-based organizations, government agencies and universities. The Director is additionally responsible for: extensive networking and liaising with partner organizations; implementing and developing programmatic foundation and government grants; and supervision of all members of the education team.

This position can be remote, but proximity to one of our offices in Northern California, Maryland, or Puerto Rico is preferred.

Our main office is in Austin, TX with satellite offices in Chico, CA, Salisbury, MD, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Many of our staff are located near an office and others work fully remotely. Work can be in one of our offices, hybrid, or remote, depending on where you are located and the work you are doing.
