Program Manager, Occupational and Environmental Health Division

Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN) is hiring a full time Program Manager to join our Occupational and Environmental Health Division and Puerto Rico Office, located in San Juan, PR. MCN is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to health justice. We offer training, technical assistance and peer support for clinicians, health centers, community organizations and workers. We also conduct advocacy and research. This position is responsible for managing health-related programs in Puerto Rico that focus on underserved and vulnerable populations and the clinicians who serve them.  It involves extensive networking with healthcare and public health professionals, researchers, organizations, and community-based groups. In addition, this position supports the provision of technical assistance, development of resources, facilitation of educational activities, implementation of research projects, and management and analysis of data.

Communication is responsible for the design and
successful execution of fundraising strategies and programs in support of MCN’s work. In addition,
the Project Coordinator is responsible for researching, writing and editing grant proposals for special
projects, ongoing programs, and general operations primarily within the state of California. The
person in this position a member of the communications team and works to promote and market MCN
to its constituents and the general public. This position requires someone who can work well
independently, within pre-determined guidelines. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. The
