Benefits Available for Undocumented Workers
Undocumented workers are eligible for temporary total disability benefits. Cherokee Indus., Inc. v. Alvarez, 84 P.3d 798, 802 (Okla. Civ. App. 2003). Undocumented workers are also eligible for permanent partial disability benefits. Lang v. Landeros, 918 P.2d 404, 407 (Okla. Civ. App. 1996) (upholding award to undocumented worker that included permanent partial disability payments).
