The definition of "employee" includes only (1) aliens authorized to work by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services, and (2) aliens whom the employer reasonably believes, at the date of hire and the date of injury based upon documentation in the employer's possession, to be authorized to work by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 27-14-102(a)(vii) (2009).

Additional Information
An alien who is not authorized to work in the U.S. is not an "employee" for workers' compensation purposes. Felix v. Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Div., 986 P.2d 161 (Wyo. 1999).
