Program Manager for Witness to Witness (W2W)

Migrant Clinicians Network is seeking a Program Coordinator for Witness to Witness (W2W), an innovative national program for service providers who are in high pressure jobs working with vulnerable clients and who are themselves experiencing high levels of stress.  W2W works with service providers who are suffering from stress, empathic stress, moral injury, anxiety, depression, burnout or PTSD by offering peer support groups, online seminars, and health center consultation in English and Spanish.  We also provide a lifeline through our online resource center.  The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the program as well as for the ongoing expansion of our services. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is highly organized and enjoys working with a diverse group of staff and constituents. We prefer someone with a master’s degree in public health, public administration, social work or other related field from an accredited college or university. We also prefer someone bilingual in Spanish and English.

Continuing Education Coordinator and IRB Liason

MCN is seeking a part-time contract position to managing and supporting the IRB protocols application requirements and Continuing Nursing and Medical education credits. The person in this position must be very detail oriented and enjoy keeping things organized. Specifically, the person is this position will coordinate IRB activities by keeping the IRB members and Principle Investigators informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables; schedule monthly meetings with the full IRB and ongoing communication to the MCN IRB with respect to the status of IRB applications; monitor and respond to initial requests, reapplications and changes to research documents and other related documents connected with IRB protocol application and annual review processes; and provide training to new IRB applicants on the MCN IRB application process and reporting requirements. Additionally, this person will work with MCN staff to develop CEU applications for nursing and medical continuing education as well as organize the CEU process for MCN’s continuing education offerings.

This position could be located in Austin, TX or Chico, CA or it can also be done virtually if the candidate is reliable and able to work independently.
