Description

Join the Farmworker Health Network (FHN) in this upcoming national webinar designed to provide an overview of social determinants of health (SDOH) factors that impact vulnerable populations, including migratory and seasonal agricultural workers (MSAWs), and learn how to better identify and screen for specific SDOH factors. This national webinar will highlight information gained from the FHN’s “Screening for SDOH” Learning Collaborative activities in years one and two, and it will feature existing screening tools and additional resources for SDOH.

The FHN will also provide information about this year's Screening for SDOH Learning Collaborative and identify ways health center staff can participate. Health Center staff recommended to attend include clinical supervisors and coordinators, community health workers, medical assistants, patient navigators, and front office workers given their role in registering and delivering direct services to patients.
