Migrant Clinicians Network Non-Discrimination Policy

Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in any of our programs or activities—whether operated directly or through partners—on the basis of:

This commitment aligns with:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • EPA regulations at 40 C.F.R. Parts 5 and 7

MCN also strictly prohibits retaliation or intimidation against anyone who files or assists with a discrimination complaint.
