Weekly Win: Over the holidays, UFW and Farmworker Justice had a win in the courts, as a judge halted the implementation of a rule that could effectively lower the wages of H-2A workers: “Federal Court Grants Farmworker Groups an Injunction Against US Department of Labor’s Decision to Freeze Wages Under the H-2A Guestworker Program.”
