Diana Empsall is a strategic and results-driven nonprofit development professional with expertise in fundraising, donor stewardship, and strategic growth. Prior to joining MCN, she led the development department of a refugee resettlement affiliate office, where she built a development team, optimized donor engagement strategies, and spearheaded major fundraising initiatives, including high-profile events and grant acquisitions. Dedicated to community engagement, Empsall regularly seeks opportunities to volunteer in her local community. Mostly recently, she chaired the corporate sponsorship committee for a sliding scale daycare center.
