​​Brenda M. Ramirez is a Community Health Navigator with Health Network at Migrant Clinicians Network. Since 2020, she has served as a Field Health Network Associate in South Texas, supporting newly arriving families. Ramirez connects patients to timely, low‑cost health care by enrolling them in Health Network, coordinating appointments, identifying continuity‑of‑care options, and providing ongoing follow‑up in Spanish or English. She collaborates closely with community partners to address patients’ health needs, promotes health education through outreach and community events, and is currently completing the final steps toward becoming a Community Health Worker (CHW) Instructor.
